2. Schedule a Tour
Choose a convenient time to visit the unit. We’ll confirm your appointment and show you everything you need to see in person.
3. Apply
Submit your rental application with the required documents. We’ll review it promptly and keep you informed throughout the process.
4. Move in
Once approved, we’ll coordinate your move-in date and provide all the details you need. Welcome to your new home.
FAQ
1. How long does the application approval process take?
Approval time depends on how quickly the references listed in the application respond (employer, supervisor, current property manager, etc.).
In most cases, the process takes approximately 1–2 days.
2. Does everyone need to complete an application?
Yes. Every person over the age of 18 who will be living in the unit must complete a separate application.
3. Do I need to pay the first and last month’s rent when moving in?
At move-in, the first month’s rent and a security deposit are required.
4. Do I need good credit to qualify?
Having good credit is ideal. However, if you do not yet have established credit, it is preferable to be building credit rather than having negative credit history.
5. How many people can live in the apartment?
Occupancy depends on the size of the unit and the number of family members.
6. Is there someone I can contact for maintenance or repairs?
Yes. We have a property manager available to assist with maintenance requests.
You may contact them directly by phone call or text message.
7. Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes. The deposit is refundable depending on the condition in which the unit is returned.
If there are damages caused by the tenant, repair costs will be deducted and the remaining balance will be refunded.
8. How long does it take to receive my deposit back?
After move-out, an inspection is conducted to assess any necessary repairs.
The security deposit is returned after the 21st of the month. If possible, it may be processed sooner.
9. How can I pay my rent?
Rent may be paid online.
You may also mail a check, money order, or cashier’s check to ensure it arrives on or before the 1st of each month (office hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
You may also coordinate directly with the property manager to arrange a preferred payment method.
